TZF conducted a baseline survey in Delhi's slums and colonies, revealing a lack of required skills and poor communication and networking with employers among the unprivileged youth. In response, TZF created the Sathi Project, aimed at providing young people with the necessary skills and networking assistance to secure employment in Delhi's growing service sectors.

Delhi is renowned for its food eateries, shopping malls, catering, and other service sectors, which require a professional workforce to meet the demands of customer-oriented services. The Sathi Project seeks to empower unemployed youth by providing training and networking opportunities in backdoor and indoor services such as packing, transportation, attendant, billing counter, sales, and catering.

Through the Sathi Project, TZF aims to bridge the gap between unprivileged youth and employment opportunities, helping them gain the skills and confidence necessary to succeed in today's competitive job market. With a focus on communication and networking, the Sathi Project is a crucial step towards creating a more inclusive and equitable society in Delhi.
